How to organize
vials in your fridge.
Whether they hold peptides, insulin, GLP-1 or TRT, most vials are one of two sizes: 3 mL or 10 mL. Here is how to keep them upright, labeled and easy to grab, in six steps.
1. Pick one spot, not the door
Use a middle or back shelf. The door is the warmest, least steady part of a fridge and swings in temperature every time it opens. One fixed spot also means you always know where your vials are.
2. Stand every vial upright in its own slot
Loose vials roll, tip and hide behind each other. A rack with one slot per vial keeps them upright and spaced so you never knock one over reaching for another. If you use both sizes, pick a rack that takes 3 mL and 10 mL vials in the same slot.
3. Keep every label in view
A raised back row lets you read the second row without lifting anything. Turn printed labels to face out when you put a vial back.
4. Color-code or label the caps
Caps are the part you see from above. Give each vial, schedule or person its own color or a short label on the cap (MORNING, NIGHT, a name, a number) and you can grab the right one in a second.
5. Separate in use from backup
Keep vials you are using in the front row and unopened backups behind them, so the one you need is always the easiest to reach.
6. Use a single-vial case when you travel
For trips, move one vial into a hard case with a secure cap instead of carrying a loose vial in a bag. Follow the storage directions that came with your vials for time out of the fridge.

Quick answers
How can I tell a 3 mL vial from a 10 mL vial?
Look at the metal crimp around the top. 3 mL vials (and most 2–5 mL vials) have a 13 mm crimp; 10 mL vials (and most 10–30 mL vials) have a 20 mm crimp. The 10 mL vial is also noticeably wider, about 23 mm across versus about 16.5 mm.
Will this work for peptide, insulin, GLP-1 or TRT vials?
Yes, if they are standard 3 mL or 10 mL glass vials, which is what those are most commonly supplied in. Arctic Gear makes storage only; we do not sell vials or their contents, and nothing here is medical advice.
Should vials go in the fridge door?
It is the least stable spot in most fridges because it warms up every time the door opens. A middle or back shelf is steadier. Always follow the storage directions that came with your vials.
