What vials does Arctic Gear fit?

Standard 3 mL vials (13 mm crimp top) and 10 mL vials (20 mm crimp top). Those are the sizes most commonly used for peptides, insulin, GLP-1 medications and TRT, so the Dock, travel pods and caps work for all of them. We make the storage only; we do not sell vials or what goes in them.

What is the best way to organize vials in the fridge?

Keep them upright in a rack on a middle or back shelf, not in the door, where the temperature swings every time it opens. Give each vial its own slot so labels stay visible, and color-code or label the caps so you can grab the right one without handling the rest. Always follow the storage directions that came with your vials.

Will it fit my vials?

The Dock fits standard 3 mL and 10 mL vials in every slot. The 3 mL caps fit 13 mm crimp tops (inside 13.7 mm); the 10 mL caps fit 20 mm crimp tops (inside 20.7 mm). Not sure? Message us your vial size and we will confirm before we print.

Do the caps go on with the flip-off top still on?

Yes. They press on over the metal crimp with the flip-off top on or removed, and three soft grip ribs hold them snug. They pull off by hand.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom caps and name plates are printed to order in 12–24 hours, then ship in 1–2 business days from Anchorage, Alaska.

What can I put on custom caps?

Up to 8 characters on 3 mL caps or 12 on 10 mL caps (A–Z, 0–9, space . - # + /), plus a design from our chart. You can also send your own simple icon and we will turn it into a one-color stamp.

What are they made of?

Tough PETG plastic. It handles the fridge, wipes clean and does not get brittle in the cold.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States, and US shipping is free (USPS Ground Advantage). Priority Mail is available as an upgrade at checkout.

Can I return it?

Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days. Personalized items are made just for you, so we can only replace them if we made a mistake — and if anything arrives broken, we reship it free.
